Fair Elections

Excerpted from the American Sustainable Business Council on Fair Elections:

The corporations that are best positioned to take advantage of the Supreme Court’s new rules are the largest multi-nationals, “too big to fail” financial institutions, and resource-based businesses.  As long as their money decides elections, our legislators can’t work to rebuild America’s manufacturing base, restore local economies, and promote safe, clean, and sustainable technologies and processes.

We must reform the campaign finance system to build an economy that’s truly vibrant, just, and sustainable.
