  • Marin County Assemblymember Jared Huffman, a well known environmental advocate and author of AB 361 – California Benefit Corporations.
  • Donald Simon, an attorney, green business leader and partner at Wendel, Rosen, Black, & Dean. Donald co-chaired the Benefit Corporation Legal Working Group with Jonathan Storper and John Montgomery that drafted and spearheaded the passage of AB 361.  He will explain everything aspiring Benefit Corporations need to know.
